Composition and care
Materials
- Exterior: hand-embroidered velvet with silk-thread motifs.
- Handle: hand-cast brass or premium silver, engraved with traditional Vietnamese motifs, depending on the style.
- Each piece is handcrafted in small batches, so slight irregularities are part of its character.
Care
- Spot clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Never soak or machine wash velvet.
- Brush gently in one direction with a soft brush to lift the pile and remove dust.
- Keep away from moisture, perfume, and direct sunlight to protect the velvet and embroidery.
- Polish the brass or silver handle lightly with a dry cloth. A natural patina is part of the handmade character.
- Store in the dust bag, away from sharp objects, to keep the shape.

Returns
- We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within fourteen days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective.
- All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
